Morning Side

Chapter 1:

"We'll go right back to Bhujerba if we go that way!" Celia has short silver hair and silver eyes to match. Once more she was getting on her Viera co pilot about going the wrong way. To tell truth Celia always said that she was captain of their Aiship, The Gippelai when Mira was more captain material than she was. Celia always believed that Mira was going the wrong way, even though she was always wrong.

"You have no sense of direction! Again you are wrong, Celia!" Mira had dark cherry red hair and red eyes to match. When she left the Eruyt Village she dyed her silver locks, much like Celia had bleached her beautiful chestnut hair. Mira was always an intelligent Viera and always had to try to keep Celia from spending all their hard earned gil. They were trying to get to Rabanaster to drop off their passengers. Yes they were indeed sky pirates, but they had their own flying service. They offered half the price of the commercial flights and would take the passengers to anywhere in Ivalice.

Mira had the idea of taking people around Ivalice, since Celia always bought stupid and useless things. Celia didn't complain about the idea since she owed Mira for taking her in when she ran away from home when she was eight. " You always treat me like I'm a child!" Celia complained.

"I only do so when you tell me I'm going to wrong way! Go and check on our passengers. They might be hungry.. If they are cook them something" As always Celia was left to check on the passengers and cook them dinner. She didn't argue, or say a word for that matter, she just stood up and walked off. As she walked down the hall Celia found herself thinking that she should never have left home. She thought about this a lot but always remembered she would no longer have a home, since Dalmasca became Rabanastre two years ago.

Dalmasca was the home she ran away from nine years ago. Her life was never bad, she just had her reasons for leaving. She always wondered if her family thought about her, that was until two years ago when she had heard she was the only member of her family left. Sighing with a shake of her head she walked out of the hall and into the passengers cabin. She looked around at all the people who happily laughed and walked around the airship. She checked on them and cooked them dinner just as she was told.

"A dinner for twenty some people isn't easy to cook you know." Celia pointed out as she walked in the cockpit, with Mira's dinner. "You should eat. I'll fly the rest of the way since we're almost there, I shouldn't get lost" Celia sat down in the seat next to Mira and handed her, her dinner.

"Are you sure you can handle it Stella?" Mira rarely called Celia by her real name. Celia looked at Mira and knew something must have been wrong.

"Why did you call me Stella?" Celia said.

"No reason.. I heard there was a treasure in the Dalmascan Easter Sands." Mira noted.

"Oh? Then we should check it out! I heard that there was going to be a banquet, want to crash it?" Celia said. "it's supposed to be tonight and it's at the castle!"

Mira looked at Celia "planning on looking for treasure?"

"I want to take it back.. All of it"

"Well then… lets go"
