Fall Away
Leah Clearwater was running away.
She didn't know that she was being followed by Jacob Black.
He would do anything to make her come back. He would mention Seth, her mom, Sam, himself. Anything that might make her reconsider.
She would deny it, of course. She would say that Seth, her mom, and Sam didn't need her. But when Jacob would bring up himself, she wouldn't have any defense.
Jacob knew how she felt. He had run away once, but no one had followed him. When Jacob had run away, he didn't have anyone to save him, like he was doing for Leah.
No matter how much Leah tried to escape, Jacob would run after her.
He didn't know why, but he had to rescue Leah from herself.
Leah was convinced that she would never be loved again, by anyone. Leah thought that her life was a waste, so she was running from it.
Jacob was determined to prove her wrong.
Leah didn't know that she was being followed.
But Jacob knew that following Leah was something that could change both of their lives forever.
