Hitsugaya let a frustrated sigh pass his lips as he wondered if smashing the obnoxious clock above his desk would cause too much commotion, maybe freezing it would be a better option, either way today it seemed to be insistent on ticking louder than usually distracting him from the work he urgently need to finish, he supposed trying not to pull too much of a face that there was another reason he couldn't think straight , he quickly and suddenly snapped out his thoughts as the minute finger reached the twelve and the clock began to chime loudly causing him to jump, surpassing a growl he promptly stood up on his chair yanking down the clock and throwing it to the ground instantly ceasing the ticking
"Eh? Taichou what are you doing?" Matsumoto's voice filled the room causing Hitsugaya to step down from the chair cleverly masking a fall, did the lieutenant always have to come bursting in at such awkward times.
