Code Geass Drabbles

AN: This is going to be a collection of Code Geass drabbles that I do. Each drabble will be exactly 100 words and about different things; just because drabbles are together doesn't mean that they're about the same thing, though don't exclude the possibility. I'll make sure to warn properly for anything obviously PG-13 and above, otherwise I'll just state any pairings.

Warnings/Pairings: No warn for the first, Karen/Zero for the second, C.C./Lelouch for the third.

Beginning

Lloyd chuckled, leaning against the leg of the Lancelot. A knowing grin twisted his lips, his eyes lit with amusement. "So," he purred with a wink, casually tossing the key up and down, "what will you do?"

What, indeed. No young man could resist the allure of becoming a hero, and certainly not this boy, this pitiful boy who tried so hard to cleanse himself of the Japanese blood which would always taint him, this pitiful boy who had so much to prove, so much to hide.

Suzaku mused, later, that there had never really been a choice at all.

Addiction

The simplest word was enough to send shivers down her spine, to melt her resolve and inhibitions, to bend her to his every will and more. It only made sense that a touch was quite more than enough to mold her.

She never asked more than she was told to ask, lithely sidestepping his suggestions that perhaps she didn't trust the hands of a man who wouldn't ever kiss her.

I'm addicted to this, she admitted, the confession rising, transparent, to the clouds. The snow marked her cheeks and her eyes shone, eager.

He smirked and obliged his lovely addict.

Space

Finding definition in the spaces between, he doesn't pay attention to the fingers but the spaces where his should fit; he's not aware of when they touch him, but of their absences – he feels the most alive at the death of their delicate pressure. He calculates the time it will take for their lips to touch, revels in the moment just before they kiss.

She doesn't understand it when he hesitates before admitting her a kiss. After all, with so many years of cold isolation, she can't help but fall in love with the feeling of having nothing between them.
