Chapter 1: Naruto
Long before Shinobi came to be, Pokemon ruled that world after splitting themselves off from the humans who captured them and raised them to fight against their brethren. The few humans that made it died quickly in the aftermath of the explosive storm that caused the split. All except for one young boy.
These Pokemon created their own villages. All types working together in peace, sometimes even holding wars of their own as humans did. They formed armies. Training and raising Shinobi Pokemon to protect their villages and gain monetary assets.
Now as I mentioned earlier, One young human infant survived the aftermath of the "Great Split" as it was now known as. And one Charizard couple found him on their doorstep one faithful night in the "Land of Fire." As their nation was known as. In the Village of Hidden Leaves. The two where civilian Pokemon. Starting their own little business and family. They already had a son who was a four year old Charmander and in the local pre-school. So when they found him on their doorstep that faithful morning...
"Lord Hokage." The Male Charizard known as Haze said as he walked in and bowed his long heads in respect. "My wife found something on our doorstep this morning when she put out the milk bottles."
"A flaming bag of dung?" The elderly Charizard asked with a chuckle.
"No sir, this." Haze opened the basket blanket and inside was a sleeping human infant.
"A human." Hiruzen gasped in shock as his pipe fell out of his mouth onto his desk as the blonde haired infant yawned cutely and clutched onto a charmander plush toy. The Charizard knoan as Hiruzen sniffed the child. And tried to take the Charmander away only to have the baby clutch on tightly. Even going so far as to hold on when he picked it up into the air. "He's got spunk." Hiruzen chuckled.
"Yes. He did the same thing when Charla tried to take his blanky away to wash it." Haze chuckled as well.
"I don't know how any human got into the village to leave him. But he is here now." Hiruzen said as he went back behind his desk. "What do you intend to do with him?"
"At first I thought the orphanage. But I know the caretaker's mate was killed by Team Plasma when the Great Split happened so I'm thinking otherwise now."
Yes that's right...Hiruzen thought about the caretaker of the village orphanage who spouted anti-human garbage every chance she got. "I think you should keep him."
"Sir?"
"Obviously whoever left him on your doorstep did not want him. So I believe you and your mate should keep him and raise him."
"But sir, what if he wishes to join the Shinobi ranks? Would he have a hard time?"
"Possibly. But I'm sure we could figure something out." Hiruzen smiled. "What's his name?"
Haze looked down at the blonde child with whiskers like a Meowth. "Naruto."

This has been in my head for a looooooooong time. Since before I joined the Furry Fandom. I found this really good story about...Charizards...and I think this will be a really neat story. Naruto will start the human ninja battle techniques and such. And possibly even have a kekkai genkai.
The Village of Hidden Leaves in this story is home to many Fire Type pokemon and those who can use Fire Type moves like dragon types and such.
The "Great Split" is the result of Team Plasma's plan coming to fruition. Meaning it actually happened and the main character of Black and White failed to stop it.
