"Do we really have to go into that creepy dorm?" Syrus hid behind Jaden.
"Yeah man," Jaden proclaimed. "You want to save Alexis, don't you?"
"Easy for you to say," Syrus protested. "You're not scared of anything."
"Maybe he just needs a little push," she snuck behind the younger Truesdale. She picked him up from the jacket collar and dragged him to the front with Chumley. Pushing them both closer to the abandoned dorm, she smiled and followed behind.
"Think of it as an adventure," she told the group as she and Jaden passed them and lead everyone inside.
Syrus and Chumley exchanged looks. Syrus remarked, "If you're not a coward that is."
