A/N: This is my favorite Yoga sequence ever. Sun Bird is a great way to relax, because it's simple and its symbolism can be applied to anything. Here, Kakashi is a little heartsick over Sakura.

Hero Heart Opening Sequence: Instructions for the Heartsick

1. Cat Lift. Roll from Hero's Pose to your hands and knees. Roll your shoulders back and gaze up at the sky. Open your chest and fill the fiber of your being with the feeling of the soil beneath your fingertips. Bask in the warmth of the sun on your face, dazzling you through the trees.

2. Cat. Arch your spine and tuck your chin to your chest. Pull your tailbone towards the ground. Imagine that you're staring at her.

3. Cat Lift. Roll your shoulders back and gaze up at the sky. Open your chest and bask. Pretend she's looking up at it with you. Pretend that you hear her laugh. Let your ears drink in the forbidden sound.

4. Downward-Facing Dog. Curl your toes into the ground and settle back into your hips. Let your heels press towards the earth. Let your shoulders roll away from each other. Let your neck relax and elongate, as if your allowing her to kiss it, but try to forget. Keep your spine straight and your palms pressed into the earth.

5. Sun Bird Lift. Drop one knee and raise the other leg, looking up to the sky as in Cat Lift. Imagine cherry blossom petals. You are resting in cherry blossom petals.

6. Gate. Lower your leg and place it on the floor beyond your other foot so that you face the side. Arch your arm over your head. Keep it straight. Keep looking to the sky. The sky is your only hope.

7. Sun Bird Bow. Lift your leg again and place your hand on the floor. Keep lifting your leg as high as you can as you bow to whatever is before you. Imagine you're bowing to her. Imagine you're kissing her, reaching down for that kiss. Press your forehead to the ground. Pretend her forehead is the ground.

8. One-Legged Downward-Facing Dog. Keeping your leg lifted, curl your toes into the floor and rise into a dog pose again. Imagine that she is pushing you away. Say to yourself, this is for good. I can't do this anymore.

Return to Hero's Pose. Repeat the sequence on your other side. Forget all that you have thought. Finish. Run after her.
