A little Christmas snapshot of our favorite couple. This would be a little into the future, with S&R having settled down a little;) Feliz Navidad, Babes:D

The car rolled to a stop and I shot a glance to the backseat.
"He's out." I said to Ranger, opening my door.
I led the way to the house, juggling my purse and unwrapped presents. I unlocked the front door and stepped aside to let Ranger enter.
"Need help?" Ranger asked me when I stumbled inside.
"Nah." I dropped the bags and closed the door.
"Shsh." Expertly, Ranger soothed our son's sleepy whine.
I followed Ranger and our precious cargo upstairs.
"Here." I grabbed a pajama set and waited for Ranger to place our little guy on the bed. Together we got the little boy ready for a comfortable sleep.
I took a moment to watch him. During the day he's a blur of energy, all smiles. He's growing up so fast. I kissed my mini Ranger goodnight and tucked him in.
I joined Ranger in the hall. He was scrolling through his phone.
"Julie can take care of herself." I gave him a pat on the arm. He's having a little trouble admitting his daughter is now an adult.
"Yeah, I guess." He sighed, offering me a hand. I leaned against him, planting a wet kiss on his cheek while I kicked off my heels.
"She spent yesterday with us and she's coming over for New Year's." I reminded him, padding barefoot to our bedroom.
"You're right." I heard Ranger say behind me. I shrugged out of my coat, tossing it on the bed while I moved to stand in front of the vanity. I was getting rid of the pieces of jewelry I had on when I felt his arms wrap around my middle. "We stayed up pretty late last night. Today, our little guy had us up bright and early. It was great" He gave me a tight squeeze, nuzzling the side of my neck. "Feliz Navidad, Babe." Ranger whispered the words, holding my gaze through the mirror.
I turned around in his arms to be face to face. "Merry Christmas." I pressed impossibly closer, kissing him softly on the lips. The kiss went from slow to heated when his roaming hands lowered the zipper on my dress.
"Oh!" I broke our kiss, gasping when his cool hands touched my bare skin as he began to undress me.
Ranger flashed me a grin, sweeping me off my feet. "Got something for you." The words were muffled against my throat, his tongue reaching out to have a taste.
"Really?" I let out a wicked giggle, tightening my hold for him to fall with me on the mattress.
His husky laugh mingled with mine as our hands and lips continued their exploration.
