The Gentleman and The Trickster
A Gentleman is his title owned
Labeled a devious Trickster is he
Never let his emotions be shown
You only see as he wants you to see
Politeness holds his mask firmly in place
He seamlessly switches without a thought
Manners are his solace, a saving grace
Slowly changing is he what once was taught
Clutching his pieces tightly, falls apart
In sharp, broken shatters he comes to whole
Now knows better, it is only his start
As he sets the motions to start to roll
It matters not, together they will join
Simply different sides to the same coin
