Author's Note: Hello, everyone! My name is Yuri! And I'm finally writing a Kantai Collection fanfic after watching the anime! Thanks Major Mike Powell for introducing me! Now…the reason for this is because….I just adore Shimakaze~! And…she doesn't get much love in the anime, unfortunately.
Now as you all know, if you've read my other collections, this is a one-shot collection with each and every girl in this series, some that are not included in the anime. Some are long, some are short. That's how this collection works.

It's late at night. Everyone in the dorms are asleep at this hour, except for two. Shimakaze and her friend, now lover, Amatsukaze, are still awake, just gazing at each other while their hands were intertwined. It's only been a few minutes since they went to bed together, but are still full of energy. Shimakaze giggles as she snuggles closer to her tsundere of a lover while Amatsukaze just slightly looks away, blushing furiously.
"What's the matter, Amatsukaze-chan~?" the white haired girl says. "Too comfortable~?"
"Sh-shut up," the gray haired girl stutters. "Y-you're the one who invited me anyways. It's not like I wanted to sleep with you or anything…"
"Sheesh, girl. Not being so honest are you~" Shimakaze plants a kiss on the cheek, making Amatsukaze's face redder than before.
"Sh-Shimakaze!"
"Ehehehe~!" the white haired girl gives a toothy grin. "Too comfortable again~? It's just a kiss~"
"Shut up, shut up, shut up!" Amatsukaze whispers loudly as she turns away and pulling the covers all the way to hide her blushing face. "I don't care anymore! Good night!"
"Awwww, just when everything is getting romantic~"
Amatsukaze doesn't move for a minute or two. Honestly, all Shimakaze is doing is just being playful like she always does, maybe even teasing her a little. Then again, she never wanted to be in public when Shimakaze is like that since it's embarrassing. She wants to be the dignified destroyer that she is. But here at night, it's okay…at least for now until Amatsukaze thinks it's too much for her. Shimakaze wraps her arms around her lover from behind, snuggling closer until their bodies touch.
"Say, Amatsukaze-chan~" she whispers. "Remember when you first confessed to me? It felt like a new flower has bloomed within me. I mean, I was waiting for something like this to happen. I can tell you really care about me…even if you're not honest with me a lot."
Amatsukaze nods, still not making eye contact. "Well…I just wanted to get it out of my chest, that's all. Nothing too important."
"It was important to you, right?" Shimakaze says. "Come on, just admit it~! You REALLY wanted to tell your true feelings just for the sake of it, hmm?"
"U-ummmm…"
The white haired girl gently takes her girlfriend's cheek to make Amatsukaze face her. "Look at me, Amatsukaze-chan," she whispers.
"Ahhhh…" The gray haired girl is at a loss for words, looking at her cute girlfriend like that. What can she say? She should answer her somehow.
"You still didn't answer my question," Shimakaze says.
"Y-you know I loved you for a long time, right?" Amatsukaze says. "So…that's the reason why I wanted to confess to you. That's all."
Shimakaze smiles happily and embraces her tightly. "That wasn't so hard, was it~?"
"Sh-shut up, will you…" Amatsukaze buries her head in her girlfriend's flat chest to hide her blushing face.
"I love you, Amatsukaze-chan~" The white haired girl plants a kiss on her forehead.
"I-I love you, too…Shimakaze…."
A/N: Thought I could start with Shimakaze's or rather Amatsukaze's love interest first. Pairings will vary, so no suggestions in reviews.
