Books - A HaruNeko OneSHot

A/N: Haha I'm just doing random pairing oneshots! Hope you like it!

Third Person

Haruhi sat in her favorite bookstore, reading a book about a human girl being raised by werewolves. She was very into the book she never even noticed the familiar dark figure walk by.

"Fujioka?" the dark figure questioned, coming to a halt.

Haruhi looked up, her eyes shining. The dark figure was none other than Umehito Nekozawa.

"Oh hi, Nekozawa-sempai. What are you doing here?" Haruhi inquired.

"They have a wide variety of black magic books here...," he replied, looking down.

"Hey, are you wearing your wig?" Haruhi questioned, standing up and walking towards him.

"Uh-," he mumbled, backing up.

He was cut off as Haruhi grabbed his hood and flung it back. He didn't finch or anything. The bookstore was only lit with candles so there was no unnecessary lighting.

"F-Fujioka?" Nekozawa stammered, his cheeks tinting a dark red.

Haruhi's head tilted slightly, she backed away and looked at him.

"You look like a real prince you know," she stated bluntly, walking back to her seat.

Nekozawa blushed even deeper. He nodded in acknowledgement, a small smile on his porcelain face. Haruhi smiled as well before retreating back into her book. Nekozawa walked away, going towards his section.

He grabbed a book and started to skim through it. Haruhi looked over at him, smiling slightly.

"Fujioka, you know when you're not with those hosts you're quite calm and tranquil. I like that." Nekozawa complimented, sitting down across from her in a chair.

Haruhi looked up startled by the compliment, "Th-thank you..."

He simply smiled and looked down at his book. Haruhi did the same.

Yep shorter and not as much fluff but its something! And its my first time with this pairing and writing Nekozawa how I think he'd act outside of school... Anyways, I hope all you HaruNeko fans liked it. I wrote it as something different... Please let me know how I did! Thanks~ Review please!
