Standing in the nursery, Lily smiled at the sleepy Harry. As he began to wake up properly, Lily began to sing.

"Please don't take, my sunshine, away".
"I love you Harry, everyone loves you Harry"
From in the doorway, James began to sing
"You are my Prongslet, my little Prongslet"
"Not Harry, please not Harry!"
"You make me giggle, when I feel down"
"Stand aside you silly girl"
"You'll never notice, how much I love you"
"Please, take me instead, not Harry please!"
"Please don't take, my Prongslet, away"
"Avada Kadavra"
And with that, Harry fell asleep, not knowing this would be the last time he fell asleep with his parents.
