Ino Love

Shikamaru layed down on a hill, watching the cloads go by. It was a daily thing for him. If he didn't have a mission or anything then he would wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, go to watch the sun rise, fall asleep on the hill, go home and eat dinner, then go back to watch the sun set. It was pretty much the same thing he did everyday. Except today was different.
As he came outside to watch the usual sunrise, Asuma, Ino, and Choji came up to him. "We have another mission Shikamaru." Asuma said but Shikamaru wasn't paying any attention. He was staring at Ino. She looked different. He just couldn't put his finger on it.
"Whats wrong Shikamaru?" Ino asked, noticing that he was staring at her.
He quickly turned away, his face as red as a cherry. "Nothing." was all he managed to say.
"Hurry up and get ready." Asuma said. "We have to leave soon." Shikamaru started to get ready for the mission.
As they started walking towards the village gate, Ino was talking to him and he wasn't paying attention to anything she was saying. He was in a daze. She was different and now he knew what it was. She was beautiful. He never noticed it before. How could he be so blind?
"Don't you think I should have Sasuke and Sakura shouldn't?" Ino asked.
Shikamaru blinked back to reality and said without thinking, "No you shouldn't."
"What did you just say Shikamaru?" Ino asked, shocked at what he said and wanted to know why. "Why don't you?"
"Because," Shikamaru said, still not thinking straight, "I love you Ino." He looked away quickly because of him blushing and because he was embaressed.
Ino just stared at him. After she waited for Choji and Asuma to be far away, she said, "I love you too." He looked at her and her face was red too. They came closer, closer than before. He felt his lips touch hers. It felt like it would last forever, but it only lasted for a few seconds. Choji and Asuma turned to see them kissing.
"Come on you two love birds," Asuma said, breaking up the kiss. "We have to go on the mission." Ino and Shikamaru both looked embaressed because their sensei, of all people, saw them kiss.
Shikamaru and Ino walked out of the village, holding hands.
