Thank You Dr. Markowitz
Thank you Dr. Markowitz
You have a heart of gold
What would I and my parents do without you
God only knows what we would have done
But thanks to God you were there to guide us
You may have taken care of me from the start of 3 1/2 years till the age I am now
But it makes me feel like you've been taking care of me along
And because of that I'm so grateful for you
And has a result I'm sending God a thank- you note too!
You've touched my heart as well as Gods as well
So God Bless You and your family as well
Thanks for being so awesome!
I know, I know you were born that way
But thanks all the same
And here is a special note of thanks
And it's straight from my heart
There is also many thanks to you for your kindness
Also with warm appreciation and a note to tell you "thanks so much"
You always have a thoughtful touch!
I mean come on what kind of Doctor would visit their favorite patient
Up in her hospital room in the Children's Hospital
Because you already knew that I was put in
And the multiple times you filled all of my medications
Even when you weren't allowed to but that's between you and me
I won't tell and I know you won't tell
I also won't tell anyone that you approved my liver blood tests
Despite the fact that it's Dr. Rivas department
Or if you want to get technically about it the GI department
You're a man so full of knowledge
You know everything and anything off the top of your head
No one can even attempt to fool you
They won't even come close but they can try
Thoughtful is the special word for all the things you do
Thoughtful is the special way I feel because of you!
Thanks so much for your help
A little bit of your kindness makes such a difference in a day
Your thoughtfulness certainly made a difference in mine
So thanks once again
You could never be thanked enough
For always doing such Nice stuff!
So Thank You
So with one final Thank You!
Thanks so much you were more than kind
People like you aren't easy to find!
So until we meet again Dr. Markowitz
Maybe you'll be around to take care of my own kids
So God Bless You Dr. Markowitz
Something tells me this isn't the end
