ETERNAL SNOW

How I wish time will stop so that I can tell you I cared? I cared enough and that's why I chose for you to live and me to die.

Chapter 1

Takuto was alone again, alone as he engulfed himself with the darkness inside the music room. Usually when he does this, he was thinking of her, reminiscing of the past when they keep a song reaching the bottom of their hearts. He remembered that once, there was girl with a beautiful voice who appeared and called him out when he can't remember anything.

But then in an instant, she disappeared as fast as she appeared. A couple of days they were together. She told him about an almost unbelievable past that the two of them encountered. She mentioned their friend who she called Meroko and how she turned into an angel. She mentioned about Shinigamis and how she learned to be friends with them. All that she said were merely fantasy as he thought but then after seeing her the way she was before with her smiles and eyes full of hope, how can he not believe?

Now, she left him. She left him for what? He still doesn't know her reasons. He kept visiting her house and her grandmother but to no avail, even they were desperate to find her. Mr. Wakaoji tried to help him but again, they failed. Now every time he was alone, and that goes without saying, most of the times, he thinks of her keeping in mind that she'll keep her promise. She'll stay with him no matter what.

"I'm just here." He thought of hearing someone said these words, probably just his hallucination out of missing her.

But someone really was with him, guarding him, serving him for all good causes, like a former lover who turned herself to an angel just so she could return to him what he lost for her.

An exchange of forms that can only be true, if and only if the one that wished for such miracle was the one who loved the person she's wishing to experience something good the most.

"Trust me Takuto, I'll be back for sure." Again, he thought of hearing a familiar voice.
