The clocks on their digital cameras read 1:30. They stood in one of the procedure rooms, filming it at different angles, trying to provoke a ghost, an EVP, something. The live show really was more stressful than the others, because they were being watched all the time. It was a lot more stressful.

They stood there quietly, trying to catch any unexplained sounds. Zak held up his hand to silence his crew, but, realizing they couldn't see him, he hissed "shhhh!", which had the desired effect.

The room was quiet. Then Aaron started. "Did you guys hear that?" And they fell silent again, straining their ears. There!

Vworp! Vworp! It was a distant sound, like a strong wind, but mixed in was an odd whistling noise. It was getting louder. The boys were glancing around, trying to catch to source of the mysterious sound.

Then it stopped. They muttered back and forth for a few moments, considering their options. They stopped again, silent. They heard footsteps. "Do you guys hear that? Footsteps! Footsteps, coming down the hall. Someone is running down that hall!" Nick was shouting, half for the group, half for the audience.

"Who are you?" Zak asked, holding up the EVP detector, hoping to provoke some voices.

"Are you a patient? Did you die here?" Nick suggested, looking down at his digital screen, seeing nothing abnormal.

"Are you a doctor?" Zak countered. "Are you the doctor here?"

The footsteps intensified, getting closer, the pace slower.

"Are you the doctor here?"Zak demanded, countering a slight niggling feeling in the pit of his stomach with bravado.

The footsteps stopped.

"Hello!" A bright, british voice drawled, and they all jumped. It was a startlingly… physical voice. They all turned, Aaron nearly tripping over his own feet. The head and shoulders of a tall, scraggly, brown-haired man was framed by the doorway, a manic grin on the man's face. "You called?"
