Wally's hands couldn't stop shaking, his palms sweating, and if his heart beat any faster it was going to jump out of his chest. The red head ranged his hands together, trying to hide the vibrating in his fingers. Pink tongue ran around his lips and a hand pulled at this tie around his neck, and Wally still couldn't say anything.

"Bay Watch." Artemis muttered, chuckling slightly at the other teen. "It wasn't that bad." The archer kicked her shoe at the welcome mat of her front door. She subconsciously tugged at the bottom of her light green shirt before tucking a rogue strand of hair behind her ear.

"Nononono." Wall began to chant, "I had a lot of fun! More than I thought." The speedster blushed, "I mean, Imgladwedidthis."

Artemis smiled in return, "Surprisingly me to." The two shared a quick moment, before Wally suddenly found an interest in his shoes and Artemis turned her attention to the empty street.

Finally Artemis let out a sigh, "Are you going to kiss me or not?" She asked, whipping around to stare once again at her date.

Wally jumped in the air, face darkening to match is bright red hair. A string words flowed from his mouth, which the archer wasn't even going to try and understand.

"Are we doing this or what?" The blond interrupted, more impatient then the first time. "You're about to miss your sho-"

Wally's lips crashed against hers in a sloppy kiss, and hands wrapped around her waist. The archer's arms drew up the speedsters chest and wrapped around his neck, deepening the kiss. Sixty-seven seconds later the couple broke apart, both flushed red and breathing hard.

"See you tomorrow?" Artemis asked, avoiding eye contact with her date.

"Sure," Wally answered with an awkward nod. "Bye!" Then the speedster was gone, leaving in a rush of wind and a blur.

Artemis watched the empty street for a few seconds before fumbling with her keys to open the door. After struggling with the front door, then her bedroom door, the hero was finally able to fling herself onto of her bed. The archer dug her face into the pillow, fighting the giggles that escaped.

Wally made it to the outskirts of Star City before coming to a stop. His cry of joy echoed through the vacant country, but the speedster didn't care. The hero pulled out his phone and pressed speed dial number two. The device rang a few times before someone answered.

"Hello?"

"Rob, you're never going to guess what happened!" Wally cried, not caring who heard or saw. The speedster didn't give Robin the chance to reply. "We kissed!"
