Prologue
The moon was at her highest. Stars shining just a bright. The sky above was so clear everyone knew Star Clan was amongst them. All four clans sat amongst each other peacefully for once, sharing tongues. Then loud yowl from Raven-star who is perched upon the large bolder placed at the center of the gathering. Cloudystar, Ivystar and Brindlestar all standing or crouched on the boulder they call the great rock. "Settle down everyone! Ivystar would like to make an announcement!" Raven-star meows and the clans go silent. "Thank you Ravenstar, everyone." She begins, "As you all know one of Valley Clan's kits have gone missing after the third was found dead among the nest." "This is true, now our clan is left with one kit." Cloudystar adds.
"Why are we being addressed for this act though?" Asks an old one eyed tabby. "In case anyone knows who may have killed one of the kits and stolen the other. Or if anyone has seen the kit?" Cloudystar goes on. "All I'm asking if anyone knows the whereabouts of my kit to please return her, I've already lost one I can't go another- "Leadface cries out to the others in hope. Badgernose, Blood clan's leader's deputy yowls "Did you guys even suspect FoxTail, you do know he is out for revenge on all of the clans-." The large she-cat pauses and her eyes widen "our kits." and looks up at her leader worryingly.
