Heyo! Here's the last, but definitely not least, oneshot of my birthday oneshot palooza thingy. Warning: I have no idea when Dick's actual birthday is so yeah...

Wally West wasn't one to be out of breath. But he was. And he was dizzy. Well not exactly dizzy, but he was very light-headed and he couldn't stand up all that great. But honestly, it was worth it.

Roy Harper sat down on the couch next to Wally. Now, if Wally's exhausted, you know that Roy's gotta be exhausted... Except he wasn't really.

"The deed is done," he said to Wally. Wally slowly nodded his head, a blank stare on his face as he cleared the black spots for his vision before deciding to speak carefully.

"I... I won," he said breathlessly.

Roy chuckled slightly. Wally had totally fallen for it. Roy had bet Wally $50 that he could blow up more if Wally went at a human's speed. Wally was very competitive. So they shook on it and Wally blew up five-hundred while Roy had blown up about one-hundred-fifty.

"Pay up bro," Wally said, extending his hand to receive his money. Roy slapped five tens into Wally's hand and Wally smirked. He was out of breath, light-headed, and starving, but it was so worth it.

Roy, knowing that Wally was probably starving, went to the kitchen to find Alfred had already fixed them a feast. He piled a plate with Wally's favorite foods and then, for good measure, loaded another one. He took them to Wally who gobbled them up quickly.

Wally found he could stand again, so he went to the kitchen. He found that Alfred was putting several snack foods into the stove, knowing that Dick was coming home soon.

This was their plan. They had consulted Alfred and told him thet awesome birthday surprise and they're plan to sleep over for Dick's birthday. They had a tent set up in one of the empty guest rooms at the manor. They were gonna camp out as soon as Dick got home from patrol, which Alfred (after revealing to Bruce the redheads' plans) had convinced Bruce to let (force) Robin to come home early while Batman finished so that Dick wouldn't be exhausted when he came home. Bruce also knew that he wouldn't be able to hang out with Dick and he figured this would be a good idea.

So Wally, after finishing blowing up five-hundred, let Roy do the filling. They heard the R-Cycle come into the Batcave. They sat on the couch awaiting Dick's arrival when they heard

"-STAND IT'S MY BIRTHDAY? WHAT RIGHT DOES HE HAVE TO SEND ME HOME EARLY ON MY BIRTHDAY? I WAS READY TO KICK SOME BUTT AND HE SENT ME HOME! SO NOT ASTEROUS! Hey, Wally. Hey, Roy. I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE I'M FINALLY 14 AND HE PROMISED TO... Teach me how to... drive the batmob- Wally? Roy? What the heck are you two doing here? And in mentor pajamas?"

Wally and Roy bursted into laughter at Dick's rant. Then Roy told Dick that he had a pair of mentor pajamas on his bed. Roy subtely nodded to Wally. Wally pulled out the camera and they followed Dick upstairs and Dick opened the door then-

"AAAH!" Dick exclaimed as the balloons covered him from head to toe and filed out into the hallway.

"Surprise, Birthday Boy! Tell me, how does 14 feel?" Wally asked in his best reporter voice.

"Wally, Roy... This is so ASTEROUS! I can swim in this!" There was a shuffling in the balloons before Wally and Roy joined Dick in Balloon Land.

As soon as they got there, they decided that they would camp in here instead of the guest room. And the night went off without a hitch.
