Ocean's Daughter
Itachi was walking along the beach when he saw her, the most beautiful creature he had ever laid eyes on, there sitting on a rock by the tide pools was a mermaid, she had long midnight blue hair, pearly lavender eyes and had a purple and silver tail, she was combing through her dark locks with a beautifully carved golden comb, as he approached she jumped slightly and a panicked expression made its way onto her porcelain face and she tried to get away.
Itachi quickly rushed up to her and begged her not go, saying he didn't mean any harm, she calmed and they started talking, not noticing the sun going down, he found out her name was Hinata.
Every day they would meet up, the same place, same time, and the sea life couldn't understand what Hinata saw in him, a human boy, but they didn't care they found companionship in each other.
Itachi thought he was luckiest guy on land or in sea, no other mermaid or human girl for that matter, could hold a candle to Hinata's beauty, all the merman wished they could be him, especially the blond one he had caught spying on them a couple of times, Itachi smirked and he pulled Hinata closer to him as they both watched the sunset by the tide pools where they first met.
