A/N This is a drabble, exactly 100 words if you don't count this author's note. This is the first Fanfic I'm publishing. These characters aren't mine.
I looked at him and knew it was time to clear the air between us. I started, "I love you and I've missed you so much. You are my other half. My soul mate if such things exist. I love you." I paused to judge his reaction.
He seemed like he was ready to rush to me and scoop me up in his arms so I continued hurriedly. "I love you. But I can't forgive you. You've hurt me too much. What we had is over." I say with finality as I watch his face fall. Then I walked away.
