Ichigo Momomiya walked off of the school grounds and onto the sidewalk. It was after school on a Friday, and she had a pretty bad day. She woke up late this morning, and then she could not find her favorite shirt, which turned out to be in Mint's possession from the other day.
She fell, yet again, on the sidewalk walking to school and tore her favorite pants. Then, she forgot her essay at home when she walked into her favorite class. And Masaya didn't even acknowledge her at all, even when she said "Hey" to him.
Suddenly, Masaya appeared next to her. (A/N: Speak of the devil!)
"Whoa, where did you come from?" Ichigo asked, jumping a little.
"Oh, I noticed you walking alone. Sorry I didn't talk to you today. A lot on my mind. And I wanted to do something to clear it…" Masaya answered, and smiled at her.
"What did you want to do?" Ichigo asked.
"Oh, well, I am a bit hungry. And there is this new café in town I wanted to try out…" Masaya grinned.
"So…are you asking me on a date?" Ichigo asked him, blushing.
"Maybe…"Masaya laughed.
Ichigo nodded. "Yes, I'll go on a date. I'll see you at around 6 o'clock at my house?" she asked, trying to think, already, of any pretty dresses she had.
Masaya smiled and said, "Okay. Sounds like a date. I'll see you later." He turned right onto the road and walked across it, toward his street.
Ichigo blushed. She could not wait for this date. She had gone on a different one with him before at the zoo, but never to somewhere fancy eating together!
