Hey readers. DO NOT READ THIS STORY IF YOU HEAVE NEVER READ THORNS, BY NICEANDINSANE. He wrote a nine chapter story about how soul was raped as a child, and the rapist came back. Maka finally finds out whats going on after a few weeks, and soul and the rapist are holding guns to each other. One of them shoots. The writer hasn't updated the story in over a year, and lots of people want to know what happened. So this is my ending for it. Ladies and gentlemen:

Chapter 10:

Bang.

Red.

Everywhere.

Splattered over the walls, all over the floors, staining and tainting it all.

Blood.

Everywhere.

He couldn't breathe.

Oh God.

The door burst open.

"SOUL!"

Maka's eyes widen at the room. She wanted to vomit at the sight of all the blood. But, she needed to find out who was shot. Maka's eyes darted back and forth, analyzing the two figures before her. Marvin lay on the floor, coughing and shaking.

Soul dropped to his knees. He couldn't find air. He tried to inhale. Nothing. He fell to his side, shaking. He felt like he was going to die. Maka was still standing in the doorway. She screamed his name again when he fell over.

"SOUL!"

Her voice. The one thing he had been longing for all night. The sound of Maka calling his name brought him back to reality. "M-mak-a?" he croaked. She kneeled by his side, in a panic. "Soul? Were you shot? Omygodomygodomygod…. Soul!"

"I'm f-fine. Is marvin… dead?" Soul asked her, his face full of emotions she couldn't read. Maka nodded after seeing the deformed face in the corner of the room.

Soul didn't respond. He just closed his eyes. He looked at peace. He had been violated, attacked, raped, and trapped. But he was finally set free.

He smiled for the first time in weeks. Maka looked down at him, tears beginning to fall from her eyes. "Oh, soul… you scared me so bad…"
Soul took all of his energy to sit up next to her. Before she knew what was going on, Soul wrapped his arms around her, and let his head rest on her shoulder.

"Maka? I love you. You know that right?" Soul softely made out.

"I love you too, soul…"

Then with a reassuring smile, they stood, and went to go call the police. It was going to be a long night. But they didn't care, as long as they were hand in hand.

Ok, guys. I know my writing style is different than his, but this was the best I could do… sorry if you don't like it! Once again, this was how I would end the story, because the original author doesn't seem to have any intention to finish the story. Review, and tell me what you thought! Oh, and a challenge! How would you end the story?
