Once upon a time there were three little angels who thought nobody cared. Their mother and father had left them long ago, and the angels thought nobody would notice if they left too. Their father was not very forgiving, and though their mother was weak she always tried to care for them, but their father was too strong. The three angels were black and blue, but they always had a mother to kiss it better, enough food and were never cold. When the mother left, the three angels were abandoned. The father followed shortly after, as he collided with another big angel. The angels went back to doing what he had to do to survive. the oldest had to work for a cruel man who called her 'darling' and 'honey', just so she could keep a roof over their heads. The second oldest sat on a pillow on the side of the road with a mug in her hand, hoping for a golden circle to drop inside it. The youngest stayed home and did chores to keep the house in shape. She patched the holes in the roof with old baby clothes to keep the wind out. they went through their lives lonely, for they only had each other to cling to in the night when they were cold, and no one was there to kiss them goodnight. Then, one day, another angel found them. She was quite a bit larger than the other angels, and she quickly took them in. They did not know she looked after them, but from then on they always found food outside their door, Blankets on their beds, and money in their pockets. On christmas they all found oranges at the foot of their beds, and dolls under their pillows. Years passed, and the angels weren't so little any more. they no longer worried, for they knew someone was watching out for them. When the angels were fully grown, they all found life partners. The oldest married a doctor who healed her heart. The middle angel married a wealthy business owner, and she never had to sit by the road again. And the youngest angel married another Beautiful angel; one who loved her for who she was, and the youngest returned her affections. The once little angels never forgot the kindness of strangers, guardian angels in disguise. Whenever they saw little angels like the ones they used to be, they gave all the things they could to them in hopes that it would ease the burden they had to bear. each of the not so little angels had two angels of their own. The angels all formed one big happy family and the angels, who were once very little, were never lonely again.
