I still sit there from time to time and think about the first time I had been there. Nimbasa City was filled to the brim with neon lights, yet I could always see the stars glowing like floating orbs in the sky. I don't dare dwell on it long, but every so often, I fly with Reshiram to the city limits and wait for the sky to go dark.

The first thing I remember was the way he had been so bold when grabbing me by the hand and practically dragging me to the Ferris Wheel. It always makes me laugh a little. He was so brave, but stumbled over his words when we first sat down. Well, when I decided to sit down next to him rather than choose the other side.

The next thing that passes is the faint tingling sensation on my lips when we kissed. He mumbled something to himself, his insanely pale skin turning a shade of pink. And, just like that, kissed me. It wasn't the heated, passionate kind of kiss one sees on soap operas or in the movies. And that was what startled me. It was simple and innocent and just… a kiss.

That's when my mind freezes in that moment and I forget about everything else that had happened on my journey. I forget about Team Plasma, the Pokemon Gyms, the Elite Four, Alder, Cheren, and Bianca. I forget for just a moment how Truth had chosen me that day and just feel the pounding in my chest.

But that moment fades and the Ferris Wheel stops.

And I know I have to leave again, but I still turn to take one last look up at the starry sky and hope that, unspoken as my feelings are, I can somehow reach him, wherever he is.
