I'll always be there for you.
So where the hell was he now! He was home. He was with his wife and his kid.
With Sara and Charlie.
She could picture it. One of those picture perfect families, something like the Brady bunch.
And did he even bother to think about her now? No. She wasn't important, she wasn't his Carter.
Not anymore.
And he wasn't her Sir, wasn't her Jack. Her Jack was dead. Killed by Ba'al.
So take this lesson from her, because she learned it the hard way.
