When Inuyasha opened the door, what he found wasn't what he was expecting. In the center of the floor Kagome was lying in a heap surrounded by a puddle of blood. Strewn around her was a couple books for her school, a bag of sweets for Shippou, and a couple papers filled with writing. One paper, right by his feet, had names on it, names like 'Cuan' and 'Aysun', with the heading: "Baby Names". Right next to her was a small sheet with instructions, and taped to it was a pregnancy test, with a couple lines on it. Too shocked to think strait, he read the instructions, then looked at the stick

"My child..."

Shesshomaru looked out his window to the east, faintly hearing an anguished howl.
