'Hearing the blood-curdling scream of his victim, the murderer could only laugh, and drag the knife that much farther down the young child's stomach, watching with satisfaction as the child thrased and convulsed, the intestines spilling out, blood pooling beneath the body. With the sickest of smiles, the old man leaned down and cut a chunk of flesh out of the large intestine, and shoved it into the child's mouth. Watching him choke and gag on his own organ, the mad man smirked in amusement, before slashing open the kid's chest, watching more blood pool beneath, and delving his hand into the abdominal cavity, the man broke every one of the child's ribs with a sickening CRACK that resounded in the grim silence. Feeling the pain register, the child thrashed and screamed until his throat was raw. Only then, when the child could scream no more, did the mad man rip his heart out, and crush it in his hands.'

Local excerpt from New York Times: "Third child victim of the 'Manhattan River Killer' found this morning in the hours of 8 to 9 AM. Sources claim that the child is the son of famous author, Kurt Elizabeth Hummel-Anderson. We have tried to interview Mr. Hummel-Anderson about this affair, but every time we requested it, he ignored the question and changed the subject. Mr. Hummel-Anderson is now being tried as a suspect, despite pleading innocent in court."

"This is barking mad!" Kurt said, looking at his husband, Blaine, who was pacing. "Blaine? BLAINE! LOOK AT ME!" Kurt had been on edge for ages now, ever since his son was killed. Blaine looked over at Kurt, his eyes bloodshot and bags under his eyes. "WHAT?!" He snapped back, narrowing his dark eyes. Kurt flinched back, and growled at Blaine. "Look, just because he was your son too -" "Kurt, DO NOT MENTION IT!" "..."
