Grateful
Lebanon was grateful. She had lots of amazing friends. She had lots of beautiful younger sisters. Turkey, Greece, and Egypt were great cousins. And even though her 'big brother' France was kind of a freak, she was grateful for having him too.
Her economy was one of the best in the Middle East, and her capital was often compared to her brother's.
She had been attacked by her sisters Israel and Hezbollah, but they were soon forgiven. Lebanon has a heart as big as Mount Lebanon, and her sisters were grateful for that.
One of the things she was more grateful for were her helpers during her Civil War and the attack her capital, Beirut, suffered.
England and America. Arthur and Alfred. The British gentleman was like a caring father to her, while the American teen was an amazing pal.
But her greatest thanks went to the day that she fell in love with her helper. Her best friend. America.
