Doubling dating with siblings sometimes isn't the best idea. Especially if you are in the Cooper family. A lot of hurt feelings will come out even if you just want to relax with your sibling. But at least the Cooper children are willing to work through the hurt to bring the love and trust back in their relationships.

Author's Note: I'm playing this as if the gang managed to save the Twilight Drive-In from closing.

Prompt #2 (Location) Twilight Drive-In

"I'm glad that you decided to come." Kevin leaned back against the firm chest of his boyfriend. He tilted his head up to meet Chic's smiling down turned one.

Chic leaned down and gently met his boyfriend's lips with his own. After enjoying the loving kiss he pulled away. "For you I wouldn't have missed it for the world." He looked around him. "I'm glad that Riverdale decided to save it."

"We know how to get things done Chic." Betty sighed from her place in Veronica's arms. "You would know if you had stuck around."

Chic's chest stiffen. He looked over at his youngest sister and saw the deep raw hurt in her eyes. "I shouldn't have left you Betty. I know that."

"Then why did you." Betty husked out. Her arm tighten against Veronica's arms around her waist.

"I was suffocating here." Chic got out around the lump in his throat. "I knew that if I didn't escape then I never would."

"Then why did you return!" Betty slightly shook.

Veronica leaned her head forward and lightly kissed the side of Betty's forehead. She showered her girlfriend with her love and strength; hoping that it would be enough to keep Betty strong. She gathered Betty closer to her to share her warmth for the slightly taller blonde.

"I missed you and Polly." Chic simply stated. "I knew that every second I was away from the two of you it was killing me more than being in that house."

Betty silently looked into her bother's eyes. "I have missed you so much." She husked as tears rolled down her eyes. "But you hurt me when you left. When you just up and left us." She folded Veronica's arms even more tighter against her body. "I don't know if I can fully trust that you are here to stay."

Chic allowed a lone tear to travel down his right cheek. He knew that he destroyed the trust that his baby sister had in him the moment he left the house right after he graduated.

"But I would love to work through it with you brother." Betty finished.

Hope shined in Chic's eyes. "I would love that also."

Kevin and Veronica locked eyes and they knew that the healing between brother and sister was in the works.

Betty turned her face upward and brought her hand up to cup the bottom of her girlfriend's chin. Gently lowering it so her blue green eyes met the chocolate brown ones of her beloved. "I love you." She mouthed.

Veronica lowered her mouth to meet her soulmates. She poured all her love into that kiss. She wanted to help heal the damage of Betty's soul with her love for the blonde. She knew that she couldn't repair all the damage … but she knew that her love did help create another craven for true and honest love in side the blonde.

As soon as Betty had removed her eyes from his; Chic's eyes turned back towards the movie screen that was playing Gone With The Wind, He wanted to give his sister privacy to be with her soulmate. He felt Kevin's head turn on his chest so he knew his boyfriend felt the same way.
