Andromeda Tonks was home alone taking care of her grandson Teddy while her daughter and son-in-law fought in the Battle of Hogwarts. She didn't mind taking care of him. She heard a cry from Teddy's room. She quickly stood up and hurried to his room.

"Hey sweetie," she cooed at the two week old boy.

The little boy cooed in response his hair changing to bubblegum pink like his mother's trademark. His eyes changed to an amber shade like his dad's.

At first when she was told that her daughter was pregnant during the war she was scared then she remembered that her daughter was also born during the first war. She found another thing to be mad at when her daughter told her that her husband had left her. She had given her son-in-law a good scolding when he came back last December.

"Isn't this sweet," a voice sneered.

Andromeda's blood froze at the voice of her older sister Bellatrix. She turned towards her sister cuddling her grandson to her chest protectively.

"So, this is the two halfbreed's spawn."

"You stay away from him, Bella!" she exclaimed.

Bella fiddled with her wand and said. "I already killed Sirius and your precious Dora, the werewolf baby is next."

"You have to go through me to get him."

Bella cackled evilly. Andromeda kissed Teddy's forehead and put him in his crib and faced her older sister. Bella flicked her wand and Andromeda fell to the floor.

"You're next, werewolf baby," she said flicking her wand towards the two week old baby.

The curse didn't work and it bounced off him and hit Bellatrix. She was now dead. The two week old baby cried loudly. It was a good thing that Andromeda's neighbor was nearby and was a witch living as a muggle. She rushed in and saw the two bodies. She gasped and ran towards the two month old baby and grabbed him. She took care of him until the War was over and his godfather Harry came to get him.
