Those words had stuck on her mind. After Kaname had revealed Yuuki's true identity to her, he's now leaving her? It's not fair. She thought. "Probably, he married another pureblood." She muttered as someone knocked on the door while she's looking outside through the window.

"Who's there? Yuuki asked with little fear as she glared at the door.

"It's just me." Senri replied as he opened the door.

"Oh sorry. I thought it was someone else." Yuuki replied with a relief.

"Someone else? Who? My father? He said while closing the door behind him.

"Senri, don't joke like around."

Yuuki wants to call him by just his name, maybe because she wants to get along with him easily as her cousin. After her brother left her, it was Senri who she was always with, during good times and bad times even though he was always seen with Rima;and it was him who comforted her whenever there are times that she needs Kaname the most. It was also him who now acts like her older brother Kaname despite of lacking somewhat emotions and her brother's signature smile.

Do I deserve to be replaced by someone else in my brother's heart? Yuuki thought to himself. She loved Kaname more than anyone else, even Zero has feelings for her. Knowing that her dear brother left her, does she deserve someone else? Like her cousin who was now standing in front of her?

"Sorry. From now on, I won't bring up that bastard's name anymore."

"You should." She sadly replied.

Seeing his cousin's expression, Senri walked a few steps towards her and pulled Yuuki for a hug. "Vampires also need warmth." Senri said to his sobbing cousin.

My father is bastard, and now, Kaname is also a bastard.

After Yuuki letting it all out, she stared at him. "Senri, thank you because you're always here for me." She said with a thankful smile.

"As your cousin, I'm the only one you can lean on at times like this." He said, thinking that his Aunt Juri and uncle Haruka are already gone; the thought of Kaname leaving her makes him want to kill the bastard that Yuuki needs the most.

Yuuki…

"Huh?" She was now puzzled by her cousin's face. An awkward silence came after that.

She felt something. He kissed her. She never expected that her cousin would become close to him because of his I-don't-care attitude on others except his best pal Rima. He comforted her, he made her realize that Kaname is not the one who will always be there for her. She didn't even know that aside from taking the role of an older brother, Senri had also feelings for her.

While grasping her cousin's collar, Yuuki deepen the kiss. A forbidden love? No. He is a half-Kuran after all. After a moment later, the two broke the kiss.

"Do you really love me?" She asked while slightly panting.

"I won't do this thing if I don't love you." He replied. "I may not have the powers of the pureblood, but I can give you the happiness that Kaname-the-bastard didn't give you. I'll protect you from the Vampire Council, and even from Rima."

Senri…

She stared at his blue eyes. He looked harmless for a vampire like him. Those innocent looks…how would she believe that he is a son of an evil pureblood?

Also, Senri laid his eyes on his cousin. She is pretty and kind-hearted. That's why Kaname and Zero almost killed each other for this pretty young woman. He saw it, Yuuki's eyes were turning into reddish color while staring at him.

"Senri, I love you." She softly said as she pierced her fangs to his neck.
