This is something I wrote awhile ago. it's a little dark but its an intended Dante POV poem. Enjoy and as always R & R !!

On the grave of my mother, by the name of my father I swore we'd meet again
Slaying demons night and day I keep my nightmare at bay
All the while I hope to find my light when I someday find you
I rid the world of evil never loosing sight of my goal
We made a promise only one of us can keep
Swinging our swords to keep those words
Only one of us will win..
Vergil I don't want to loose to you
Because if I loose to you, I'll loose you
I'll dive into the depths of hell to save you,
But i can hear the toll of the bells as I near you
Heh, do you remember me? Can you remember me?
I'm the brother you renounced , I'm here.
Raise your sword Vergil I toast as I hear the devil king near
Even though You don't remember me, don't worry I'll keep that promise
And when I do...
I'll make the devil cry for you.
