This is a connected story to 50 Supposedly-United States. While the aforementioned story has chapters, this will be a collection of one shots based off of the absolute randomness and absurdity that these characters would experience on a day to day basis.

Recently, the search history of every state was released.

In the American household (you heard right, god damnit, the American household), every state is beginning to laugh at each other or hide.

"Colorado! Why the hell are you so concerned about Waldo?"

"Shut up, South! And you really should get that checked if it's a persistent problem, you know!" Colorado replied.

California was patting Florida on the back. "It's okay, Florida. We don't hate you."

"I don't care! Do you really care if Bernie is vegan?"

"Well, no..."

"TEXAS, THE INTERNET IS THAT WAY!"

"Hello, Hawaii," A teenager approached Hawaii. Hawaii looked up. That boy who always hanged around Colorado... Oh, right!— Wyoming.

"Hi, Wyoming. Are you having a bit of trouble? Going through an identity crisis or something?"

Wyoming smiled, but it didn't reach his eyes. "Is there a meaning to life?"

Hawaii sighed and looked down. "I dunno."

"Well, you've got a lot of time to figure it out, right? You've got the longest life expectancy of every state, don't ya?"

Hawaii shrugged. "So, what's Wyoming?" She teased. "Please explain."

"I don't know." Wyoming looked at the ground.

"Hey! Wyoming!" South Dakota called. "You doing okay, there?"

"Yeah, I'm fine!" Wyoming blurted a bit too quickly.

"What is the meaning of life?" Hawaii murmured to herself. She stood up and walked away to eat some spam and brood for awhile.

All the states went to their rooms, ashamed or bored. For once, the house was quiet, except for music playing loudly from California's room (apparently, he used music to block out his own thoughts).

Meanwhile, Colorado pulled out a cork board from under his bed. "Goddamnit, Waldo... One day I'll find you."

The cork board was covered with red string, connecting different pins on multiple maps. "One day, you crazy bastard. I'll find you."
