Story Summary: A small scene before the two scientists enjoy a celebration

Uncomfortable, that is what he felt. Instead of being donned in his usual dress of a lab coat, he had reluctantly gone the fancier route, a well-do suit for tonight. He stared into the mirror, carefully fixing the tie to fit just right. Normally, he would be settling in for a quiet night, finishing up work or spending a rare moment with his son. But today was something different; today he was heading out soon with his wife to a celebration dinner for the successes in his Momentum Technology. Soon, he envisioned, all of Domino will become the gleaming gem of Japan thanks to his hard work.
He sighed in relief and relaxed. Finally after all those hard years of research and testing would come to a conclusion soon. The Momentum experiments have entered their final phases of testing.
As he sat, deep in thought, a familiar face appeared in the mirror. This one was shorter than him with longer lighter hair that was put into fancy curls; she was wearing a flattering dress.
"You look excellent dear." The female smiled, looking upon her partner.
He turned to face her, giving a happy look. "Mm. Thank you."
At that instant, the doorbell rung, the lady of the two quickly departed and went to the door. She opened it, and two men dressed in suits stood before her.
"Ah, Rex, Rudger glad you could make it."
The older one several shades darker than his brother gave a nod. "Haruka, of course we would come."
Now Rex in turn spoke up. "Where is Fudo-Hakase?"
Haruka made a simple gesture towards the end of the hallway. "Kenji is in the bedroom."
Rex gave a small nod and after several steps, he stood in the bedroom, observing his superior. After a few short moments, he piped up.
"Fudo-Hakase?"
Kenji, being again in small trance, shifted his head sharply at Rex.
"Rex?"
The white haired man took a step forward. "Are you prepared for tonight?"
"Aa."
"Momentum, there's a bright future with it. It's all thanks to you. Enjoy this, Fudo-Hakase.."
"I will Rex, and I am ready."
Rex gave a small chuckle. "The dinner or the future?"
Kenji flashed a noticeable smile in return. "Both."
