Hey, updated version. Thanks to DukeBrymin and Mercury Shadow for pointing out id written Harry instead of Ron. Thanks you guys!

I sighed dejectedly as i looked out onto Grimauld Place, watching the constant, sheet of rain that extinguished all daylight. Harry was stomping around downstairs angrily. He had just arrived at the Headquarters, and was currently sulking about being kept in the dark about the Order.

A loud crash emanated from the kitchen, followed by multiple expletives grumbled by Harry. Even though i was worried, i knew better than to go investigate. Harry temper worsened every day.

The utter fool was completely convinced that it was only him that was suffering, only him that was angry. I knew that the war would happen, eventually. After all, it had been brewing for the last 30 years. It needed to happen, so that everyone could finally have closure, even if it didn't end well for us.

I couldn't bear the thought of Harry in his mood, so I set of downstairs, trying not to wake Sirius' mother as I passed her portrait. Old hag couldn't bear us 'blood traitors' being here.

Harry was sat in the far corner of the kitchen when I entered, watching the casual licks of the fire against the wood. He looked up on my entrance, annoyed at being disturbed. Even though he was angry at me, I couldn't help notice how his beautiful leafy green eyes glittered with defiance, anger and loneliness.

"I…Thirsty." I mumbled like a fool, quite like that day a few years ago when Harry had been in the kitchen at home, and I had fled on seeing him. He only nodded in understanding, turning back to the fire.

I poured myself a glass of water, gulping eagerly at it. I moved over to stand behind him, smiling slightly at his messy black hair.

"You do know you won't do this alone, right?"

"I have to Ginny! I can't let you all get hurt! You all think they can lay down their lives for me, but I won't let you do it!"

"Maybe some of us want to lay down our lives. Maybe some of us want this over with, want normality, and want to lay down our lives to achieve it!"

"I…well…you…Ugh!" he muttered feebly, sinking back into his chair.

I smiled slightly, trying to keep the laughter out of my voice.

"Merlin, we've turned into Ron and Hermione!"

He smiled for the first time in months.
