On a cold winter night the whole world would change. 50 people will go to Africa to survive the horrible conditions, and try to stay alive for state of mind. Chapter 1
New York wonderful place until now. People have put destruction upon the city with many uprisings with the fights in Africa. I go to Times Square to get signed in to get my name put in to the pool of names to be called. My brother is worried about me, it is my last year of letting my name get called. My name is in the pool 68 times the likely hood of my name being called is very high. We start right away even though the children are still getting sat down in their spots. The president called the name loud in clear even with the microphone, " Ivy Collins". There must be a mistake i was the first on here my bag of names are at the bottom. I run to the stage anyway so i can do it and still make it with dignity that i am representing New York. I get upon the stage and the president says "round of applause" but instead their is silence then the crowd yells,"IVY, YOU ARE STRONG AND YOU CAN SAVE US ALL"
