Ok so I got this idea last night. I'm writing it now 'cause I've just been ditched.
Ok so here it goes.

Chapter One- Unsuspected phone callIt had been an especially hard day at the lab. Their newest case was about a mother and her two children who had been killed in their home, the father who had found them said he came home and found them dead. These cases hit home with Sara and she couldn't wait until she got to the apartment that she and Grissom owned and go to sleep. But as her luck would have it there was still another 3 hours left in her shift. She sighed and went into the break room.
"Maybe a cup of coffee will wake me up." Thought Sara
She walked over to the coffeepot only to realize that it was empty.
"Great." She said aloud.
This was defiantly not her day. Just then Greg walked in.
" What's up?" he asked
"There's no coffee left." She wined
Greg immediately began to make more.
" Thanks Greg you're the best!" said Sara gratefully
" That's what I'm here for." Said Greg happily
Just then Sara's phone rang. It was Bobby.
" Hey Greg, I've got to go but thanks for the coffee."
Greg nodded and Sara left for Ballistics.
" Hey Bobby you said you had something for me?"
" Yeah I ran the bullets you found at the scene it came back as a .41 caliber."
" That's the same kind the father owned! Thanks Bobby."
After calling Brass to get a search warrant for the house, she decided to go see Grissom. Just then her phone rang she didn't recognize the number.
"Hello" answered Sara
" Hello is this Ms. Sidle? " asked the caller
" Yes, this is she " responded Sara
" Ms. Sidle is have some news for you..."
After about an hour on the phone Sara hung up and made her way to Grissom's office. She walked in, and after making sure no one could hear her she announced,
" Gil, how would you feel if we had a child?"
