The love triangle
Summary: Sabia and Legolas have been betrothed to each other, but Sabia meets someone else.
Chapter 1
Amisch raised his head as he heard his master approach the stable. He watched to see who it was approach, as did all the other horses in the stable. He recognised Legolas and the groom, so he nearly deafened them when he whinnied to greet them. Legolas opened the stable door then jumped back as an over excited horse came shooting out. He caught it after about half an hour of chasing it around, finally catching and mounting him. Finally he was able to leave for Rivendell.

Sabia watched from her bedroom window as her fiancée left with his dancing horse, who'd got so excited he wouldn't stand still. She watched as Thranduil bade his son farewell, before Legolas's horse nearly trampled him in excitement.
Tithenial, Thranduil's wife, was talking to Sabia while Legolas was leaving but Sabia was only half listening. She had her own thoughts going round her head, like "When will he be returning?" (Meaning Legolas).
"Are you listening to me?" Tithenial asked, breaking into Sabia's thoughts.
"I was watching Legolas" replied Sabia.
"Do you want a five minute break to see him off?" asked Tithenial.
"Yes, see you in a few minutes" Sabia replied.
She approached the stables and asked the groom where Legolas was.
"He's just left, my lady" replied the groom.
Sabia wandered off into the trees, but didn't go far. She found her favourite tree and climbed up to see if she could see Legolas. She saw Legolas's horse going at a gallop towards the borders of Mirkwood, before Legolas disappeared from view.
Later, Sabia started returning to the palace, thinking about Legolas.
"Do I really want to be with him forever?" she asked herself.
"I don't know, do you?" she heard a voice replying.
She turned to see a grinning young elf watching her.
