Rain water thundered down on the grass. Graves were in a perfect line, but there was a new one reading

"Beatrice Prior

Born: August 27th 1997

Died: October 22nd 2013

Cause of death: Death by guns"

and with that, a room full of grieving family and friends. Mainly just friends in Tris' case. But everyone had gone to the party. All except one. Tobias who was hovered over her grave. Staring at the scratches in the cobblestone spelling out her name. Rain pattered on his face so you couldn't see if he was crying or not but by the redness of his cheeks and the pain in his eyes he was clearly hurt. He dropped to his knees weakly. Splashing his knees with mud.

"I didn't want to leave you either" he sobbed. Tobias never cried. He only remembered crying three times: When his Mother 'died', when his father hit him so hard he could see flesh, When Tris died. This was the forth time in his whole life.

"its just as soon as you jumped I knew. I knew I loved you. You were so strong and brave and beautiful" he cries in between sniffling. "and now I feel like I'm missing a part."

he just stared at the grave. Then after a few painful seconds started digging. His fingers sunk into the mud and he threw the moist ground behind him. The rain got heavier. He dug and dug, his finger nails filling with dirt until he hit the wooden box that contained the body. The coffin had been closed throughout the funeral, but Tobias just felt like he had to see her, one last time before he left her. He swung open the coffin, she hadn't deformed yet. She was exactly as he remembered her, but with a smile across her face. But then he saw them. The holes in her chest that caused this. That caused all his pain. He grabbed her hand and cried. Rain fell on Tris' face, making her look like she was crying like she would be if she was living.

"You're not the only one who misses her" a voice from behind says. Caleb stood his hair was flat against his face from the rain and a black suit made darker from the rain.

"Then why did you let her die... again" Tobias spat at him with gritted teeth.

"I couldn't stop her, she held a gun to my head! She threatened to kill me" Caleb said defensively but Tobias just looked back at Tris and mumbled "It should've been you".

"you're right" is all Caleb says. Then he just spins on is heels and walks away, quiet whimpers accompanying him. Tobias kissed Tris' cold pale cheek then closes the coffin slowly savoring every moment of her beauty. He stood up and got ready to go but not before he felt cold arms hug him from behind in the empty graveyard.
