Bonnie stared at Jeremy's expressionless face.

She couldn't look away from those eyes.

They showed fear and horror.

He lay there motionless and dead.

She wanted to cry, but her back hurt too much.

That hunter had stabbed her really badly.

She was thankful that Katherine had come and saved her, but why did she feed Jeremy to Silas?

Even if she was Katherine... Why?

And why had she said that she'd forgotten how stubborn he was before doing so?

Why did she leave and not try helping Bonnie out of there?

Bonnie groaned as she tried to get up again, but it was no use.

She wasn't getting up on her own; She needed help from someone else.

Just when she thought she was going to die down there in the well, either by the loss of blood or the chances of Silas finding her and draining her of all of her blood just like Jeremy, she heard someone whisper her name.

She looked up and saw a dark figure walking toward her.

"Stefan?" she whispered.

He chuckled. "Nope. The other brother..."

Damon came out of the shadows and revealed himself.

He looked over at Jeremy sadly and back at Bonnie.

"I'm so sorry Bonnie," he whispered.

She tried sitting up, but her back hurt even more.

"Are you hurt?" he asked.

She nodded. "The other hunter stabbed me in the back..."

She looked over at his limp body that was on the other side of the room.

He smirked over at the hunter, Galen Vaughn, who lay also as motionless on the floor as Jeremy.

"He's not dead though... Katherine was going to kill him, but she knocked him out instead." Bonnie told him.

His smirk disappeared and he sighed, biting his arm and feeding her his blood. "That should heal you in a few hours..."

She nodded and tried getting up, but it still hurt. "Can you help me out of here?" she asked.

He smiled and picked her up.

She winced in pain, trying to ignore it.

"Thanks," she whispered weakly, looking up into his pale blue eyes.

He nodded and brought her back up the well to Stefan and Elena.

Elena still sat there against the wall crying because Katherine had snapped her neck earlier and was probably still walking around, pretending to be her.

"Bonnie!" she cried when she saw her in Damon's arms. "What happened? Where's Jeremy?!"

Damon and Bonnie looked at her sadly.

"No..." Elena's voice cracked. "Jeremy- He can't be dead!"

Bonnie started crying again.

Damon just nodded without saying a word.

Elena shook her head and started to sob. "No..."

She ran down to the opening to the well and jumped down, following Jeremy's scent to where he was laying.

His eyes were still wide open the same horrid way that they were left.

When she saw him like this she stopped, shocked.

"Jeremy!" she cried running towards him.

She sat down and held his head in her lap, kissing his forehead and crying quietly to herself.

Stefan slowly walked in and looked at the two of them sadly.

"Stefan..." she cried, tears ran down her cheeks and fell on Jeremy. "He's gone... he's gone..."

Stefan sighed and took Jeremy from her. "We shouldn't leave him here..."

Elena wiped her eyes and nodded, getting up. "Yeah." she sniffed. "We should take him home."

They walked back up to Bonnie and Damon.

When Bonnie saw Jeremy's dead body she quickly looked away.

"What are you doing?" she asked, about to cry again.

Elena smiled slightly. "What Jeremy would've wanted... to go back home."

A tear fell from Bonnie's eye and Damon wiped it away for her.

"Be strong..." he whispered to her.

Bonnie actually smiled at that and nodded.
