The Twins

edward and bella have been married for 3 year and have finally had a baby but while bella is giving birth to the twins she dies can Doctor Cullen keep her alive? i own nothing apart from the twins mostly human but there is vampires in it

1. Chapter 1

Bella POV

I screamed in pain. this shoudnt be happening. i shouldnt be in this much pain. The twins were due but i was hurt. they were trying to get out. they are coming but i feel like im dying. thats not right. i pushed hard and then passed out.

Edward POV

i could hear her screaming and they wouldnt let me in to see her! she was in so much pain she needed me! then all of a sudden she stopped screaming and i heard crying. i started to cry. i was so proud of her she done it all by her self. but there was only one cry and i couldnt hear Bella. i barged passed the nurses i had to see her. i ran in and she was lying lifeless on the bed. NO! i ran up to her and she wasnt breathing. there was only one baby. she was still pregnant with one of the twins. they had to do a c-section to get the other baby out. but my Bella was dead!

'Carlisle do something' i screamed

'I will but you have to leave' he said so calmly.

i left the room and burst into tears, i dont know what im going to do without her she is my wife we have been married for 3 years and now she is gone?
