Alex sits and watches the screens in 's old office. Man, I would give anything to bring back Mr. Today. I'm no good at being leader.
Alex had been on so many adventures, he couldn't believe how he could fit them into his brain. Now life was peaceful. His brother didn't try to destroy Quill, and all the enemies that were at large were taken care of. Life is good
"Hey Alex, how's the new years party coming along? " Sean bursts into the room, with a huge smile on his face.
"Wait, what are you talking about, I never heard of'New Year'. Whatever it is, Quill would have let us celebrate it, since it's fun and stuff, " Alex looked at his colleague, stunned. I'm in big trouble. I had to plan a paety, and didn't even know it.
"So you're saying, you haven't got any plans for a new years party?" His stare darkens. "AL! I told you about it last week, and you haven't even moved a finger to do antthing. GAHH!"
" Umm...Uhhh...OK let's start now! We have to have a DJ, and I nominate Ms. Morning, since she's the music teacher. Clive, send a message to wherever she is and inform her. We also need decorations, so please inform Mrs. Octavia to meet me in my office in 15 minutes. Also tell Samheed, Lani, Sky, Crow, Simber, and Florence to meet me here in 15 minutes as well." Alex rushes. How in the world did I forget?!
"Al, you also got to find a place to hold the party.." Sean reminds me. Don't remind me
" Ugh, fine boss, but only because I'm in a good mood today, " Clive retorts.
"Hey Alex. Clive told us you needed some help. What you need help with? Mrs. Octavia walks in with Samheed, Simber, Florence, Ms. Morning, Lani, Sky, and Crow. Crows hands are accupied by Fig and Thisbi .
"Hello everyone, and yes, I'm in desperate need for some help. As you may be aware it's New Years eve," Everyone starts taking about it, and Alex has to yell over the crowd " But I kinda don't have the party set up.."
Gasps come from the crowd. Samheed is the first to react," Al, dude! You can't just forget! "
"Yeah I know, that's why I'm ask you all for your help. We are holding the party in the cafeteria, and we have to clear out all the tables to get it set up. Will you all help me? " Alex voice quiets as he reaches the end of his sentence. Everyone seems to want to because they all agree.
"Clive, tell everyone the new years party will start at 10pm sharp. Everyone else, let's get to work!"
