No Warmth Too Small

Zoro surveyed the white powder that was steadily accumulating on the ship's deck. He was sure that harpy of a woman was going to make him start shoveling soon, but he figured it would be good exercise. Of course, he was not going to do anything until Nami made him.

After all, the captain happy rolling around in the snow, and no one wanted to interrupt that.

"Luffy! It's too cold to be out here with no coat on! You could get frostbite." Chopper was naive, though.

At the rubber boy's wail of "AHHHH! COOOOLD!" Zoro shook his head and began wading his way through the snow toward the boys' bunk for his captain's coat. However, he was not prepared for the mass of wet coldness to force its way up the back of his own coat. It was like a huge octopus had leaped from arctic waters to climb under his jacket and wrap his tentacles around his chest and waist. Zoro staggered from the unexpected force and weight of it all.

Righting himself, Zoro tried to breathe, but hardly had enough room. The coat was just too small for... two people?

"Oi, Luffy?"

"You're warm, Zoro," came the muffled reply somewhere inside his jacket's collar.

Yes, too small for two people.

"Luffy... get out. There ain't enough room. Get your own coat."

"But yours is warm."

"That's 'cause I'm in it, idiot."

"I know," the captain said, and Zoro could practically feel the smile Luffy was pressing against his back. "I want to be warm with Zoro."

Zoro tried to sigh, but all he could get out was a snort to go with his reluctant half-smile, and continued his way toward the boys' bunk. Perhaps they would be a little warmer if he could get Luffy to change out of his cold, wet clothes.
