Hello! My name is LoneKyser. I've been an aspiring writer for years. I wanted to post one of my stories that I've been working on for a long time on here, so here is my first attempt at a fanfiction:
Kaiju's Game: The Wrath of a Titan.
A loud Skreeeeonk resonated from the island, letting all the other monsters know that Godzilla, the King of the Monsters, was awake. He looked around his territory, and let out a growl. He could smell it in the other monsters. The fear. They should fear him, he was the biggest and strongest monster on the island. Rodan flew over him, and Baragon ran away. Good. The king growled. They still fear me. I haven't lost it yet. He looked over and saw his son, Godzilla Junior, playing in some shrubbery. He had not reached his full grown height, which would be taller than his father. Then, suddenly, Godzilla smelled something he's not used to smelling, but something he had smelled before. He remembered because Ghidorah smelled like it. He growled. Where are you, COWARD! He roared and released his blue Atomic Breath into the air. Sohadmething appeared out of the ground, the creature that was the source of the smell. It was a large creature, similar to Godzilla in size and shape, but different. It had a different body structure than he did, and where Godzilla had spines, it had spikes. It looked as though it was made of shadows, but yet it had a physical form. A human stood on it. The human spoke. "My name is Kaizer of the Xilen race. You are Godzilla. I came on behalf of the..-" His sentence was cut short by an Atomic Blast from Godzilla's mouth. He growled,then roared out his response. Silence. You are nothing to me. I am the King, nay the GOD of this rock. He then headed out to sea. Swimming always seemed to put him in a better mood. He didn't know why. But maybe it was because the water was so silent, so solitary. It reminded him a lot of himself. As soon as Godzilla headed out to water, something grabbed him and threw him into the island's mountain. He landed into the mountain, writhing in pain. Something made him even more angry. He thought to himself as he growled. Time to murder a useless "faux Earthling."
So what did you guys think about the first chapter? I thought of it while I was watching Godzilla: Final Wars. Now, nothing is happening yet, but it's going to get better, trust me! Who was that Shadowy Kaiju? What is his story? That's for another day. Now, please review it and tell me what I could do differently. Thanks again guys!
