Three Children of the Farmer

Kyle the farmer married to Mana, Douglas' daughter. After their happy marriage they have a twin, a boy and a girl. Their names are, Aaron the son, and Aria the daughter.

Aaron was three minutes earlier than Aria, so that makes Aaron older than her. Years after the twin, Kyle and Mana had another kid. It's a daughter, her name is Themis.

Themis looks more like Mana, but she has short dark purple hair, she has Mana's smile, but Kyle's eyes. And she has rosy cheek, just like her siblings.

Few years after that Kyle left the farm, his children, and his dear wife. Without information…

Chapter one: Rune Power

Aria's Point of View

I wake up in the morning, cherry blossoms tree are blooming, sun shines, and it's the first of spring. I'm in the same room with Aaron, we're twins and we're fifteen years old, but we haven't figure out where did dad off to.

Aaron is still sleeping deeply; I walk outside and pay mom a visit, she's still asleep, right… have I tell you that I have a little sister? She's fourteen and she's might be right next to mom.

I tip toe to get a closer look, and Themis my fourteen years old sister is not there. I knit my eye brows, "Where is she?" I whispered, I tip toe to the kitchen and no signs of Themis.

I look around, and I hear something outside coming right from the barn, I run outside and dash to the barn.

More voices from the barn, I open the wooden door, and I can't believe what I see. "Themis!" I screeched.

"What?" asked Themis while her own hand is inside the silver wolf's mouth? "What are you doing?" I asked her.

"I am trying to know how… Moon (our silver wolf)… eats," she pulled her hand back and sniff it, "Yuck, Moon's drool" she demanded. I place my hand on my hip, "They munch, and they swallow, that's how they eat Themis," I approached her.

I pull a cheap cloth from my pocket, in case of emergency; I squat next to Themis, and wipe off Moon's drool from her hand. She stares at me, "So… that's how they eat, fascinating…" she starts to plan weird things again.

I sigh, "Themis…" I began, she nods, "…Don't do anything dangerous, okay?" I asked her in a worry tone. Her eyes widened, "Why?" she asked.

"Because… I don't want you to get hurt,"

"… You and Aaron went off to dungeons, aren't those dangerous?" asked her.

I nod, "Well, yeah. But we did that to bring dad back, Themis," I answered. "I want to help to,"

I back away, "No, you can't it's too—" Themis stands up, "Yes, I want to. Kyle's my father too, Aria," she said.

I gulp, "What've I set myself into?" I thought. I stand too, "Well—are you strong enough Themis?" I asked her. She smiles, "I am strong—Jake teaches me how to use weapons!"

I smirk, "Really? What weapon can you swing?" Themis backs away, she pulls something from her back ,and its dad' rod.

I knit my eye brows, "What are you going to do with that rod?" I asked.

Themis raises her rod, "Just see," told her. I watch her, and then suddenly blaze of purple fire lit on her rod, I gasp, "Wow!"

"See… Aria, I can! I use Rune Power as my power! I mean—I can use Rune magic without the book!" Themis explained in rush.

I nod, "Yes—but how? How did you do that?" I asked her. She shrugs, "I don't know—I mean Jake asked the same question,"

I hear the door open, and its Aaron. He's panting, "Why are you panting?" I asked. Aaron takes a deep breath, "Mom—she's been looking for you two—it's—school time," he said slowly.

Then we're late for school, though Themis doesn't want to come, since she hates school.
