Floating with Gem-Like Stars

Steven walked towards the freezer, grabbing a Cookie Cats ice cream sandwich- His favorite. "Oh, Cookie cats, are the best and nutricious-uh... Mnh," The happy-and-lucky boy pouted when he forgot the lyrics to the commercial's theme. Amethyst laughed rudely, being her normal self. The tips of Steven's ears flashed a bright red with embarrassment.

"Steven, come over here!" Pearl said, holding a probe-like object. She seemed to be taking off parts, with Garnet helping, -even with Garnet's ability-, taking out the sturdy wires. Steven walked over to Pearl, glancing at Amethyst, who was always, playing with one of Steven's private games. He wondered how the purple gem got into them, but the probe was probably for important, knowing from Pearl's lectures.

"What is that, Pearl?!" He looked very excited, from his Dad telling him that there are many robots and weird things that you can find in this world. But this one was...Different.

"We're not sure, but it seems that it came from the Moon," Garnet said, crackling her knuckles with tiredness. "Steven, don't touch it!" Pearl hissed, slapping his hand away. Steven kept trying to look inside, and open it up. "Go to your room," the gem said firmly.

He pouted, chomping nearly the entire ice cream sandwich.

"Wonder if we can actually do something about him getting too close," Pearl sighed, with eyes closed.

"Pearl. Look close," the red Gem said, pointing deeply.

"Oh no!" Pearl, gasped, seeing the ice cream bits inside, with the electricity crackling. "What should we do-?!"

Before she could move, Garnet pulled Pearl behind the counter of the kitchen.

"GET DOWN, PEARL!"

A flash of black and white, and the probe was nothing.

Literally.

Nothing.

At all.

A hole of white, not even rock, just nothingness, not even air, not even atoms was in the kitchen. There wasn't even any feeling or aura to the perfect hole.

"What is that..?" Pearl wondered, looking at Amethyst's freaked out face.

"..We should move. There are bits everywhere, and they could explode as well, with the same objects inside."

"I don't think they had ice cream on them, though."

"Still, Pearl. We should move," Garnet said, with her face firmly turned.

When the gems walked away, Pearl looked back at then hole, seeming bigger than the last time. Surprisingly, Amethyst didn't object, or even peep a word of her mouth.

-In Steven's Room-

"Oh, delicious Cookie Cat. What do I do? Meow meow meow meowmeowmeowmeowmeowMEOW!" He said to himself, faking an impression. He heard the explosion downstairs, but he didn't want to check.

Actually, he did.

But he didn't.

Debating, he peeped downstairs, then heard robotic noises outside of his window.

He turned and carefully watched outside, seeing thousands of probes.

It was suddenly night time, before he looked outside the window, and the sky seemed it had blue lines, instead of stars.

A probe suddenly striked onto his window and-

SCREEEEEEECH!

Self-destructed into whiteness.

"..Chang'e, are you watching? Are you watching Earth being purified?" The unknown being said.

"Oh-ho. Going back to the old days, aren't you? Junko." The Spirit World goddess said, with a head turned down, and a unfamiliar smirk on her face.

"Come, Hecatia. 'Tis a shame only the Earth could be purified, is't?" The divine spirit, stretched out her hands, and the Ravis and probes flew out to Earth, starting to see whiteness, little specks.

"Geeze, you really ARE making progress this time," Hecatia teased. "Wonder why you're doing this to Earth, and not Chang'e."

They both evilly grinned, with a final probe shot down.
