Olivia decides to go on a well needed vacation to Miami. This idea came to me late at night and I just wanted to post it and see if you guys would like it. If you do like it, let me know in a review. This is not a one shot so if people do end up liking it then I will continue it. This will be longer in later chapters. I just wanted to start it off short. It's also based in season 14, but not with everything that's going on. Thank you and enjoy!

Miami Vacation Chapter 1
Olivia Benson has been planning an overdue vacation trip to Miami. She's not one to go on vacations at all. However, for the first time, she's taking a vacation based solely for her.
"I think that it's good that you're finally going on vacation, Liv. You really need it," Nick says as he watches his partner turn off her computer and grab her purse. It's late at night at the precinct and everyone has gone home by now.
"I know. I've been so tired lately and I've been planning it for a while," Olivia replies with a small smile.
Nick rests his arms behind his head as he slouches in his chair and looks up at Olivia. "So, have you told Cragen about your plans? And when are you planning on leaving for Miami?" Nick asks curiously.
"I told him today and I'm planning on leaving in a day or two. Since today was Friday, I want to stay there for three weeks. It will give me time to think and relax." She replies with exhaustion in her voice. They had a long case that they've been working on for the past couple of days. A ten year old girl was raped by her father and whenever the squad had to work cases about children, it usually hurt Olivia hard.
Nick stands up and watches as Olivia turns off her desk lamp. "Well, I hope you have a wonderful time there, but don't forget about us," Nick says with a smile that turns into a smirk. Olivia glares at Nick.
"I won't forget you guys."Olivia says. Nick turns off his computer and walks over to her. He gives her a friendly hug and wishes her a goodnight.
"Goodnight, Nick. I will see you in the morning because I have to finish up some paperwork before I go," She says and walks out the precinct doors. Nick turns off his desk lamp and grabs his stuff to go home.
