Chapter One
"Alex, baby, wake up, we're here," John practically sang to his boyfriend. After hours of driving and switching drivers, they had finally passed under an arch that said 'The Happiest Place on Earth'. They had done it, they had made it to Disney World. Alex stirred and John couldn't help but realize how handsome Alex really was. As odd as it sounded, John loved to watch Alex sleep. His facial features slackened, his hair fell in his face, and he looked at peace with the world. He no longer looked as if the world was riding on his shoulders, instead he looked as if every problem in the world had been solved. John had decided to take him to Disney World on a break from his hard work. He thought it would be an adventure for both of them, since neither of them had ever been. "Damn…" Alex muttered to himself. He looked at the clock, and his jaw dropped with realization. "Did you...did you drive my shift?" He noticed the multiple Dunkin Donuts cups littered through John's Honda Civic. "You did! You shit! You should have woken me up!" John only laughed and placed his hand on Alex's thigh. He rubbed his thumb over the rough surface of Alex's jeans, feeling the heat coming off of his body. "It's just...you looked so peaceful, I didn't want to wake Sleeping Beauty." Alex just rolled his eyes and laughed before lifting John's hand off his leg and taking it in his. They rolled silently into the parking lot of their Disney World resort. They had chosen to stay in the lodges at Animal Kingdom, since they looked comfortable and cozy. After all, with the love between the two, they weren't sure if they would ever get dressed and leave the hotel room. They climbed out of the Civic and grabbed their luggage, one suitcase for each boy. Alex took John's hand and John gave Alex a questioning look. "What if someone sees?" John asked. "Then screw them. I am in Disney World, and I am going to hold my boyfriend's hand," Alex responded defiantly. He pulled John into him and pressed his lips to him. It filled John with an amazing warmth. He pulled away and sighed. He loved Alex so much, but Alex was so flashy and showy, nothing was ever subliminal with him. However, Alex knew just how to tone it down to John's level, which shocked him and surprised him and made him love Alex even more. "Just wait," Alex whispered, "there's more where that came from." The thought alone practically sent shivers down John's spine, and he could feel the warmth blossoming in his crotch. He desperately tried to yank his mind away from all the things he wanted to do to Alex, because he really did not want to enter Disney World with a boner. He locked the car and they walked into the hotel, hand in hand. The older woman working at check-in smiled when she saw them walk into the door, and happily handed them two electric scan cards they would need to get into their room. Alex slid them into his pocket, and John and Alex made their way toward the elevator.
