A Girl Named Mary Sue Comes to Hogwarts
Mary Sue came to Hogwarts. She was strikingly beautiful, with long Auburn hair, and bright green eyes. She was good at everything! She was even better than Hermione! Everyone loved her; no one hated her. Even Draco, though he was a Slytherin and she was a Gryffindor, loved her! Mary was a transfer student from America, and she had an amazing power, that not even she knew about.
One day Mary was walking to Potions with Hermione, Ron, and Harry, because, of course, they were her best friends. They were about halfway there, when…He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named appeared! Hermione, Ron, and even Harry gasped and fainted. Only brave, beautiful Mary Sue was left standing.
Mary took out her wand. She pointed at Voldemort, not scared. Voldemort laughed at her. Suddenly, a bright green light flashed out of her wand! Voldemort was dead on the floor!
Mary Sue was honored. Professor Dumbledore presented her with a school's award; Cornelius Fudge awarded her with an Order of Merlin, First Class! She was even more popular than before! Even Draco loved her, though his father was ruined because he was a Death Eater!

That is just a bad example of how not to write a transfer story, or something similar! I've been noticing a lot of Mary Sues around here lately. I decided to help put a stop to it, by showing you how BAD some of these Mary Sues are!
